Teasing Phoenix

Chapter 8

Chapter 8

PHOENIX

Surprisingly, I’m still not jumping on her, grabbing her head, kissing her senseless, and thrusting my tongue into her mouth. Last night was already torture—after sending her home, I went to my club and sat there for a while when a woman flirted with me. She was beautiful with a fuck-able body, but she wasn’t Samantha, and my cock didn’t even show interest.

If it happened before I met Samantha, I already brought her to a hotel room and fucked her senseless, but since I met my princess, any woman wanting my attention, it seems like they don’t exist anymore.

Now, she’s sitting beside me with a tiny dress that shows off her cleavage. My cock instantly throbs in my pants—it’s a little bit uncomfortable especially when she laughs freely. My shitty brain imagines her moans, her whines, her grunt every time I thrust inside her sweet tightness—it’s actually uncomfortable.

The sweet scent of her perfume fills my nostrils, making me more aroused. The more she’s annoyed, the hotter she looks, and it doesn’t help me to calm my cock down.

I know what her friend was up to, but I’m happy to pick up Samantha if I can spend a few minutes alone with her.

We reach the club after my cock tortures me for long years. I park my car in the employees' parking area. After closing the engine, I instantly open my door and run to her side, but she already helps herself out.

“Don’t you want me to be a gentleman for you, princess?” I offer my hand, and she instantly grabs it, and my traitor cock jerks inside.

I grunt inwardly.

“You really don’t have to do that. I already bother you by picking me up,” she says, giving me a tight smile.

Closing the door behind me, we walk toward the employees’ entrance. Our hands still intertwined. Lucky for me, it doesn’t seem to bother her.

“We’ll tell Amy when we get to our table.” I squeeze her hand, and she looks up to me and nods.

It’s been a long time since I hold a woman’s hand that I actually care. Fuck! I don’t even realize that I already care for Samantha, and I almost chuckle because it doesn’t bother me at all.

We reach the VIP section, and the music is not too loud from the sound system, and I also like privacy.

The strobe lights, the new theme, the smell of liquors and boozes, and the people dancing, drinking, and chatting give a perfect mood of a nightclub.

Since most of the employees are aware of my arrival, a waiter approaches us almost immediately.

“Wanna drink now, princess? Or should we call Amy and Garrett first? I think they’re here,” I ask.

She’s already sitting on the black leather couch comfortably, eyes wandering around the lounge. “We’ll let them know first, but I’d like sparkling water first, please.”

I nod and tell the waiter of our drinks which is whiskey neat for me. While she’s typing a message on her phone to Amy, I dial Garrett.

“We’re here, asshole. Where are you?” I can hear the same music playing over the phone.

“Talk to any staff or a bartender and tell them to take you to the VIP lounge. Is Amy with you?”

“Yeah, she’s here with us,” Garrett answers.

“Good.” I hang up the call.

A few minutes later, they arrive.

“Hi, Sam! You look hot!” Amy says with a huge smile on her face.

Samantha rolls her eyes.

“Hello to you, too, hot Phoenix. Thanks for inviting me! This is better than the last time I was here. You changed a lot to this place.”

I give her a smile. “Thanks, Amy! I did change a few, mostly interior. The name remains the same.

“Yeah, man. This is way cooler—the theme is chic and exquisite.” Garrett and Maya sit on a loveseat across us.

“Guys, you may order drinks. Whatever you want, no limits. It’s on the house,” I say with pride.

“Sam, same for you?” Maya asks her.

“Yup, thanks! Phoenix, thank you.”

I face her. “You’re welcome, princess. You can drink whatever you want. I’ll be your DD for tonight,” I tell her, and Amy giggles that makes Samantha groan.

“Just stop it, Amy, and I’m still pissed at you.”

We drink and chat until Maya clears her throat.

“Guys, we finalized the date.” Her smile spread over her face while clasping her hands together. “It’s two months from now.”

The girls giggle.

“Congrats, man! You’re getting married.” I hug Garrett and tap his back.

“I’m getting married, Phoen. Hope you’ll be next.”

“I don’t think it will be too soon,” I say, shrugging.

“Oh, hot Phoenix, use the remaining charms you to good use.” Amy winks, then she looks at Sam who’s still glaring at her.

“What’s wrong, Sam?” Maya doesn’t know what Amy did to Sam earlier.

Amy grabs her hand. “I’ll fill you in. Just leave her alone, and she will thank me sooner if not later, trust me,” she giggles.

“She just lied to me and to Phoenix that she had a flat tire, then called him to pick me up.” She sips her Appletini.

“Oh, that’s great! At least Phoenix can drive you home when you’ll get your ass drunk tonight,” Maya says and almost jumps in her seat with excitement.

What just happened?

“Let’s have a toast. To Garrett and Maya.” I raise my glass in the air then everyone follows and sips their drinks.

I sigh when I remember Mom and Hawk. I’m glad I took their advice. Being far from them is not a bad idea because I find new friends here.

I stand up and grab Samantha’s hand. My gesture surprises her. Content provided by NôvelDrama.Org.

I smile. “Let’s go dance, princess. Aren’t you guys coming?”

Sam doesn’t hesitate, and they stand up and follow me to the dance floor, except Amy who gestures to sit on the barstool instead.

“Show me your moves, princess,” I whisper to her ear, and it’s a wrong move when she shivers—the moment I inhale her scent, I don’t want to stay away from her—her smell alone tingles my skin.

I grab her waist closer to me, and we start moving and follow the rhythm of the music. She places her hands on my chest. I can feel the thundering of my heartbeat against her palm. My mouth dries instantly, and I have to lick my lips so often.

She looks flushed—maybe she feels the same way. Her eyes glimmer. Then she closes her eyes and takes a deep breath.

When she reopens, my breathing stops. My stupid cock is instantly hard as a rock. I can see her eyes are flooding with lust, or maybe it’s the effect of the alcohol she drunk.

When she sways her hips, I fearlessly press my hips into her as we remain our gazes lock. Samantha gasps when she feels my erection. When her lips part, I’m so tempted to cover them with mine.

Fuck! This is harder to control than I ever thought.

Her move is bold, yet calculated—she presses her breasts into my chest, and I can feel the erratic of our heartbeats merging together. Our body heats have turned into a wildfire.

I move my head to the side of her head, and she moves her hands on my shoulders, tightening the grip.

We both sway together until the next song starts to play. She feels so good in my arms—we perfectly fit together.

Her smell is intoxicating my brain. Our heat is drawn me into oblivion. She presses her entire body into me, and everything surrounds me disappears, and all I want is to keep it this way.

I squeeze my eyes shut, take a deep breath, then pull my head away. I look down at her beautiful face, her eyes still closed. As she opens slowly, she’s as turned on as me.

This friendship thing is fucking killing me.

“Are you okay?”

She barely smiles and nods. “I think we should go back. I’m drained.”

I nod then grab her hand to follow me.

“Can you show me where the restroom is?” she asks me by whispering to my ear. I have to bite my lip to stop grunting because the thought of me and her inside the bathroom sweating and panting after we both come and satiated is fucking crazy.

“Of course, the VIP has its own restroom.”

I let her get inside the restroom and lean my head against the wall outside to calm my nerves. I blow a few breaths to relax my hard-on. It’s still on half-mast when she opens the door and finds me in that position.

When our gazes meet, her brows meet together. “You okay?”

“I’m more than okay.” I smile at her and almost breathless.

We order another drink. Amy is nowhere to be found, or she finds someone to chat with. Garrett and Maya still on the dance floor that leaves just the two of us again.

“How long did you dated that asshole?”

“A year. Then he cheated on me by sleeping with his friend’s sister, who also happened to be my friend.”

Jesus! He’s a complete dick.

She adds, “He said he was half drunk. Half or not, he still cheated on me. He didn’t even apologize. How about you? Who broke your heart?” She looks directly into my eyes.

“My college girlfriend for two years. She cheated on me to a hockey player.” I look at her who’s seriously listening, then she grabs her drink.

“Wow! She’s really a bitch. Then you never had girlfriends after that?”

I shake my head.

“That bad, huh?” She arches her brow, smirking. She just smirked at me.

“It’s not that bad, princess, but I was frustrated with my injury, then my family problems. When I moved to New York, I didn’t have time to date. After I graduated, I worked my ass off at Hawk’s company.”

She smiles. “I wouldn’t have met you if you’re dating anyone though. Maybe you’re still in New York until now. With her.”

I laugh. “I’m glad you broke up with your ex, and still not dating, otherwise, you’re not sitting beside me right now.”

She holds my hand and squeezes it. “I’m glad I gave our friendship a chance.”

“I’m also glad, princess.” I squeeze it back. You have no fucking idea.

The realization hits me that she’s already on her third, and she probably won’t remember this conversation tomorrow. I lost track of time and so drawn staring at her like a lovesick puppy.

“Princess, are you sure you still want to drink? Maybe that’s enough for you.”

Her lids are already heavy and barely open. “I’m not drunk, Phoenix.”

Garrett and Maya are back in their seats.

“Oh, no! How many drinks she has?” Maya asks me in a worried tone.

“Three, I think. Why?”

She shakes her head, then chuckles, “She’ll sleep soon.”

“I’m not gonna sleep, Maya,” she slurs, looking flushed and drowsy.

“Amy is not coming back with us. She left with someone,” Maya smiles.

“Same old Amy.” Sam rubs her temple with her fingers and leans back on the couch.

“I think you should send her home, Phoen before she passes out here,” Garrett advises, looking at drunk Samantha once again. “She’s too drunk. Sam never drinks too much.”

“Oh, come on. I’m here, you know. I can still have another. I’m not that drunk. And I have a hot DD,” she says, slurring her words, then smile lazily.

“Oh, dear, Sam. You’re still not drunk in that state?” Maya laughs.

She waves her hand. “I’m just a little tipsy. Isss oooll.”

“Tipsy my ass. Send her home, man. Why did you let her drink too much?” Garrett laughs.

“She asked. I don’t know she’s a lightweight.” I stand up, grabbing her hand. “Come on, princess. Let’s call it a night and go home.”

She stands up and almost stumbles.

“Whoa! Sam, easy there,” Garrett yelps in surprise.

I quickly hold her on her waist. “Got you.” I let her arm wrap around my shoulder. Maya gives me her purse. We slowly head to the hallway.

“You can carry me you know. I’m not gonna protest and puke on you,” she says with a slurred voice.

“Really, princess? Well, you’re actually a good girl when you’re drunk,” I chuckle.

“I’m always a good girl even not drunk, Phoenisssss.” Okay, that sounds terribly wrong.

I shake my head in amusement. “Oh, yeah? You never argued with me. And when I asked you, you never asked me back, and you never get easily annoyed you smart-ass.”

She just answers me with a hmm.

“I’ll better carry you before you stumble to the floor.” I carry her bridal style. She weighs nothing. She leans her head on my chest, and I kiss the top of her head out of control.

Shit!

We reach my car. It’s difficult to fish out my key in my pocket. I have to let her stand. I unlock my car then place her into her seat and lock the door behind her. I drive immediately before she falls to sleep in my car.

“Samantha, are you okay there?” I ask, side-glancing at her.

“I’m okay, Phoenix. Why are you calling me Samantha? I thought we’re friends now.” She’s already sleepy, drunk, and probably doesn’t know what’s talking, but I need to keep her awake.

“I like calling you Samantha than Sam, princess.” I don’t know why I even bother telling her. She won’t probably remember this when she wakes up with a hangover tomorrow.

“I like if you call me princess. My dad called me sweetie and also my mom. My ex used to call me babe. My friends call me Sam or Sammy.”

I glance at her and smile, making my heart melt. “You are really a good girl when you’re drunk, princess. Now. you even agree with me calling you princess. You’re my stubborn princess Samantha.”

“And you’re a hot Tease Phoenix.”

I laugh. “How hot tease princess?”

She doesn’t answer.

“Princess?” I squeeze her hand.

Shit! She falls asleep. How am I going to send her home like this? Maybe her mom is not at home again. I look at her again—she’s still beautiful even she’s sleeping, I wonder if how fascinating she is when she comes and screams my name.

I groan. Bad cock.

I look at her one last time and drive my way home.
