Go Away, I’m A Billionairess Now By Evie Cole Chapter 304

Chapter 304 Chaim Makes a Joke of Himself

Reid followed Chaim out of the bathroom. Seeing Chaim standing there with a

gloomy face, Reid immediately closed his mouth.

Reid couldn’t afford to offend Chaim.

Chaim stood for two seconds, then looked away with a cold face and walked out

of the hotel.

He walked very fast. Reid couldn’t keep up with him and could only jog to barely

catch up with Chaim.

Enter title…

As Chaim walked up the stairs, Reid was stunned. Reid wanted to remind

Chaim that the elevator was right next to him, but by the time Reid came back to

his senses, Chaim had disappeared at the corner of the stairs.

He didn’t know what was wrong with Chaim, but Reid didn’t dare to let him leave

alone after Chaim drank so much tonight.

Reid quickly chased after him. Fortunately, when he ran to the first floor, he saw

Chaim.

When Chaim walked to the door, Samara’s car just passed him.

Through the half-open window, their gazes met. Chaim looked at her with a

deep gaze.

He seemed to be waiting for something, but it didn’t seem to be the case.

Samara only glanced at him before quickly withdrawing her gaze.

She leaned back against the back seat and slightly closed her eyes.

What was he waiting for?

Was he waiting for her gratitude or apology?

Samara twitched the corner of her mouth. For the first time, she felt that Chaim

was narcissistic.

The black car gradually disappeared from his sight. Chaim did not expect

Samara to leave without saying a word.

He helped her drink all the wine. However, when she saw that he was suffering

from nausea, Samara did not even bother to come over and ask about him.

Chaim didn’t take the elevator but the stairs to chase her down because he

wanted to see if she had something to say to him.

Anything would be fine, even if it was just “thank you” or telling that he was a

busybody.

But Samara did not say anything and just left.

He felt that he was just a joke tonight. He should not have helped her and

should not have come.

Chaim had long let Reid reject this dinner, but in the end, he still came.

Chaim did not know why he came.

Now it seemed that he was here to make a fool of himself in front of Samara.

Reid looked at Chaim, who was standing at the entrance of the hotel and was

getting increasingly embarrassed. Hesitating for a moment, Reid said, “Mr.

Humphrey, our car will be here soon.”

When Chaim heard his words, he turned around and glanced at Reid. “In the

future, as long as there is Samara, I will reject all the dinner parties.”

When Reid heard his words, he instantly understood why Chaim was acting so

abnormally tonight.

However, he was not Victor, and he was not as bold as Victor was, so Reid

could only nod in agreement. “I understand, Mr. Humphrey.”

Chaim did not speak again. He stood there like a stone. Occasionally, someone

came out of the hotel. When they saw Chaim’s face, they would be scared pale.

Fortunately, the car arrived soon. Reid hurriedly opened the door for Chaim.

Reid was relieved that he was not the only one facing Chaim’s anger.

Twenty minutes later, the car stopped in front of the red light. After turning

another corner, they arrived at Chaim’s apartment.

Reid suddenly remembered that there was something very important that he did

not tell Chaim. He looked up at Chaim in the rearview mirror.

Chaim, in the back seat, was closing his eyes and taking a nap. His aura was so

strong that no one dared to talk to him.

Reid swallowed hard, but he still bit the bullet and said, “Mr. Humphrey, there is

something I haven’t told you yet.”

Chaim did not move. Reid glanced at the rearview mirror again. “Ms. Novak’s

secretary seems to be investigating Livia again.”
