Chapter 14 Miss Reyes, Good Dogs Don't Get in the Way
Venus and Mr. Carter finished their socializing and took Lois out of Don's Kitchen.
Lois was hand-raised by Samuel and personally placed with his daughter to help her.
"Don't listen to my parents, I'm fine, I'm not that fragile." Venus volunteered to explain that for the past
half month, Lois had followed her closely whenever she left the house.
Once she stayed in the bathroom for ten more minutes with an upset stomach, Lois came in and
knocked on the door and was relieved to hear her voice, fearing that she would stage a suicide scene
at any time and anywhere.
Lois nodded awkwardly.
Venus bends down to get into the car when someone behind her suddenly raises his voice and calls
out to her.
Having heard that voice too many times, she sneered and closed the car door.
A figure in front of the car, Betty still holding Rosa's hand, the other hand raised to point at her cursing:
"Venus, you get out, we settle old scores together!"
Betty has been holding her fire for a long time.
The Reyes has been in the limelight for a while now, with netizens making up countless possibilities for
them to bully Venus because she had said a lot of bad things about him in college, and no one took it
seriously at the time, but now it's all been brought out and added to, making it a famous talking point.
Rosa was even called out and invited by the police several times.
When she heard that Venus could not be contacted and was missing, she secretly swore that if she
found him, she would give him a good beating and make him kneel down and cry and apologize!
The car window slowly drops an inch.
"A good dog doesn't get in the way, Miss Reyes doesn't understand?" Venus asked with a sneer.
Betty was furious: "You dare to scold me? Get out of the car if you have the guts!"
Lois didn't want to dwell on the Reyes, for fear of causing Venus grief, so she turned the car around
and tried to leave in another direction.
But no matter how you adjust it, Betty can always run ahead and stop it.
"Why is this Miss Reyes acting like a shrew?" Lois grew insightful.
Venus narrowed his eyes, "Lois , let's switch places."
There was enough room in the car for her to get from the passenger side to the driver's seat.
Lois didn't know why, but just as she fastened her seatbelt, the car shot off like an arrow!
Betty jumped back and the edge of the limousine brushed against her.
It's really that close.
Betty backed up too hard and fell to the ground, fell on his buttocks very painful, looking at the car
instantly drove away from the old, back to consciousness and began to cry.
Rosa had been standing on the side, and now she came to help her.
"Rosa you are right, she is just too good at pretending, I will not let her go, sooner or later I will make
her look good!"
"Get up, it's cold," Rosa was about to advise, when she saw Darcel coming out.
Betty also saw it and cried louder and pounced on it.
"Darcel , Venus just tried to run me over! She killed Big Brother and tried to kill me!"
Darcel saw the dust on her body and turned his attention to Rosa with a warm voice of concern: "Are
you okay?"
The Reyes was criticized, it was her sister's fault but Rosa took the blame, he also misunderstood that
she did it before, his heart inevitably guilt and pity.
How could he have suspected Rosa at that time? Even if there was evidence in front of him, they grew
up together and Rosa saved his life, he should have believed that she was not that kind of person.
"I'm fine, Betty's in shock." Rosa shook her head gently.
Darcel looked coldly at his sister, "You need to stop making trouble and stay out of Venus' way."
"Darcel ......"
"Shut up."
Lois was shocked by Venus's actions, she calmed down and was confused: "Rosa's crime has been
exposed, even if the Reyes can hide the evidence, it doesn't bother her, why is Betty still so close to
her?"
"Do you think Betty is the reasonable one?"
Not to mention that Rosa is pregnant with Master Orion's posthumous child, with Darcel's liking.Exclusive © content by N(ô)ve/l/Drama.Org.
