Demon World
(Demon World)
“Inflicting pain on others wasn’t as fun as it used to be.
Your smile made it enjoyable.
I fought wars with tears.
Despite winning, I felt like a loser.
Your high spirit kept everything worth it.
I miss you, Nimalaya.
I’m going crazy here.
Why did you leave me?
Did you leave, or did the enemies get to you?
Nimalaya, I killed, tortured, and abducted. I’ve interrogated countless, but I still couldn’t find you.
It was as if….
As if…” The last sentence was unable to be spoken out of his mouth.
He could only say it in his mind that it was as if she had left their world.
But how?
Nimalaya had always been there. She was happy with him.
Yes, she had changed a week after they were ambushed by a demon, whom her mate was killed by his men.
She had rambled on about how the demon could be brave enough to attempt killing them, despite how she had feared them before her mate’s death.
He had told her he would do the same for her, but no one would dare hurt her under his watch anyway.
She had smiled and kissed him with passion, but that night, it hadn’t led to their usual hot sex.
“We killed for no reason
It was fun.
You left for no reason.
It broke my heart…”
A lone figure could be seen standing on the terrace of his castle.
He had long white hair, silk and soft like his facial, polar opposite the darkness that resides in his heart.
He was the imagination of what humans believed a demon would be like.
He was selfish, cruel, manipulative, and non forgiven.
If one word could describe him, it would be that he is a nightmare.
It has been 3 months since his beloved had left him. The woman who had once believed in finding true love.
She was a demon, a powerful one, yet she wanted a simple life. She wished to fall in love with her mate. The creature her demon would crave.
She wanted all of that, but he wanted her.
He had been insecure and secretly killed demons that showed slight interest in her.
He had lived for long but had never met anyone like Nimalaya.
He kept telling her to take her time to search and see if she would find the one, giving her the feeling that someone was waiting for her if she failed.
And when she finally gave up, he was there to embrace her. She was angry. She wondered why she wasn’t blessed by a mate.
She felt wrong as if she had something that was meant for her to be taken away.
The spark. They crave to only be with one person. She wanted it, but not having it made her believe she was neglected by her creator.
She gave in to him completely, and their one sided, yet blissful love and wicked story began.
She was a villain. She hated contact with everything and everyone except for him.
She would enjoy torture but never does it with her own hand. She became fuel to his wicked fire.
The pure bliss in her eyes whenever he and his minions are crippling, killing and burning their fellow demons was everything.
It was more arousing than anything. And then the pleasure of having her all over him till the day breaks.
Their chatter and more….
Everything was perfect. She didn’t love him, but she only invited him. He’s the only one she had.
So, why?
Gama was frustrated.
No matter what, he just couldn’t find her.
There’s only one option left, and he doubted this would be fruitful.
He hopes it will, though.
He felt irritated when a voice was heard in his head.
For an ancient demon like him, he still never gets used to his mind being intruded.
He finds it rude.
These are minor offences he would torture his kind for.
Putting on a dark robe, his appearance sees a transformation, and he descends the stairs to meet the witch he had put his last hope on.
A large dark horn protrudes from his head, while the aura around him becomes frightening as seconds pass by.
Two large black wings aid the transformation, adding to his intimidating appearance.
Despite this, the so-called witch stood unfazed, while the five demons that had brought the witch lowered their heads and greeted him.
“We welcome you, our lord Gama.”
Ignoring their greetings, he took a seat on his throne. The throne he had built for himself. A position he wasn’t given but created out of terror.
He had dared anyone to snatch it if they had the capability, and none had dared.
“Now, tell me, witch. Do you know anything about Nimalaya’s disappearance?” Gama asked in a surprisingly less intimidating voice.
The old witch adjusted her hat and then nodded her head.
She had heard of what this Devil has been doing.
Although he’s asking nicely, he would throw a tantrum if he didn’t get what he hoped.
This isn’t a normal tantrum of tables crashing or toys being thrown at the walls.
Heads of her kind will roll before he finds another target of Interrogation.
Gama was shocked, yet excited.
Oh, Satan, father of all evil. Thank you.
He was elated, and in an instant, his transformation had retracted.
He was now a stunning handsome man with sparkling silver mane. Sparkling blue irises like a sun-kissed sea.
“Tell me, Kira. How can I find her?” He asked, vanishing from his spot and now in front of the ancient witch that had existed long before him.
“Nimalaya had left for the human realm in search of love. She believes her mate could be human and wishes to…”
Cough
Cough
The old witch coughed and choked as harsh fingers grabbed her neck, with sharp claws piercing her skin.
“I wouldn’t finish that statement if I were you.” Gama snarled at her, but in the next second, he groaned in pain and quickly let go, before realizing the witch was casting a spell and soon, she vanished into a magic circle that appeared below her feet.
“Bring her back!” Gama screamed, but despite the order, his figure was soon nowhere to be seen from the spot. All text © NôvelD(r)a'ma.Org.
He shouldn’t have acted rashly.
If anyone is powerful enough to hurt him without lifting a finger.
Take him to the human realm.
Took Nimalaya to the human realm.
Defies the boundaries set between their world and the humans…
Then it’s this witch.
The freaking Witch can not be killed, but tamed if her kind’s existence is threatened.
