Blood Oath: Forever Yours

Chapter 54: Better to Leave Earlier

Chapter 54: Better to Leave Earlier

Usually, the henchman would say yes immediately, but this time, he hesitated.

“Miss Miller, it’s obvious that Jeffrey failed to hide it from Mr. Harris. Mr. Harris has known the truth,

otherwise he wouldn’t have Raymond meddle in the affair. If you act rashly, Mr. Harris may ….”

Jeffrey failed, so did Allison.

But the name “Charlotte Garcia” was a thorn in her side. The longer Charlotte was coming between her

and Lawrence, the more she hated Charlotte.

She couldn’t stand it.

Thinking of this, Allison narrowed her eyes slightly.

“Now that sooner or later, I have to risk ruining the old times between Lawrence and me, why don’t I

deal with Charlotte once for all?”

The day passed and the dusk came soon.

Charlotte had an appointment at 8:00 pm, but before that there was sound of footsteps from the

corridor and the door was opened soon.

“Charlotte Garcia, you can go now.”

As soon as the man finished, few people entered and grabbed Charlotte without a word, taking her out

and urging her.

“Hurry up, someone’s waiting for you outside. Come on!”

Charlotte was dragged away, but she looked up at the clock by reflex.

It was 6:00 pm, two hours earlier than the appointment.

Before she said goodbye to her cellmates, a woman made a loud sound inside.

“Charlotte, live your life. In this world, there’s no one worth you hurting yourself.”

Charlotte was choked up and couldn’t help but turn around to say something, but a man pushed her This is from NôvelDrama.Org.

abruptly and rudely.

“Hurry up!”

“I’m confused. You hurt people deliberately by driving, but why are they trying so hard to help you …”

Charlotte was confounded.

They?

Before she was able to understand what did the man mean, she was pushed out of the prison.

Slammed!

The iron gate behind produced a loud sound.

Charlotte had been in a state of confusion, but in a moment, she was standing in the faint light outside

the prison.

She involuntarily trembled in the cold wind.

“Miss Garcia.”

A car pulled over nearby. A tall and strong man in suit got out of the car and trotted to Charlotte.

“Hello, I’m Mr. Porter’s assistant, and he sent me to pick you up.”

Charlotte stood there pressing her lips. Before she asked, the man seemed to read her mind and

explained with a smile.

“Mr. Porter had an appointment with you at eight, but we’ve completed the necessary procedures. The

earlier you get out of here the better, right?”

On hearing that, Charlotte was relieved a little.

“Thank you. It’s late now, and I’d better not bother Mr. Porter. When I settle down, I’ll visit him in

person.”

The man insisted.

“Miss Garcia, please let me drive you home. I’ve to make sure you are home safely to have my work

done.”

Charlotte couldn’t persuade the man so she nodded reluctantly. She followed the man toward the car.

When they reached the car, the man opened the door for her.

She thanked him and got into the car.

All of a sudden, the man pressed himself against Charlotte, grappled her around her neck, and covered

her face with a handkerchief with a strange perfume.

Charlotte felt dizzy, and before she could struggle, she closed her eyes and lost her

consciousness.
